METHODS: 57-year-old female presenting with a hypogastric mass. The biopsy of the mass revealed bladder adenocarcinoma. We performed radical cystectomy. RESULTS: Pathologic study was compatible with moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma. CONCLUSIONS: After six months of follow-up patient is disease-free.
