ABSTRACT
We present a case of pyloric stenosis that occurred in a
patient with ileocolic Crohn’s disease without significant gastric
inflammation, and treated with azathioprine and messalamine.
Balloon dilatation, steroid therapy, omeprazol and polymeric enteral
nutrition were successful to resolve the stenosis. Later the
patient was put on infliximab with good clinical response.
