Abstract(s)
A one month-old girl was referred to
our department due a neoformation of the
mandible. The excisional biopsy of the lesion revealed a congenital epulides of the
newborn.
This is an uncommon lesion, easy to
diagnose, as it has a typical appearance
and localisation. Surgical treatment is the
option, namely when it impairs feeding,
swallowing or breathing.
