ABSTRACT
An eight year-old boy was referred to the Department of
Stomatology due to the absence of the permanent left central
incisor.
A panoramic radiography revealed the presence of an impacted
mesiodens and a supernumerary tooth in the position of
the maxillary central incisor between the primary and the deciduous.
